New Grad, Entry LevelBrooksource is seeking a skilled Network Technician to support the configuration, installation, evaluation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and a strong understanding of LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Configure, install, evaluate, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco IOS and NX-OS switches
Perform code upgrades on Cisco devices and ensure proper version compatibility across the environment
Support the configuration, installation, evaluation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Local Area Networks (LAN)
Support the configuration, installation, evaluation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Wide Area Networks (WAN)
Identify the root causes of network issues using diagnostic testing software, tools, and structured problem-solving methods
Provide technical assistance during network outages, performance issues, or equipment failures
Maintain documentation related to network configurations, topology, and procedures
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS and NX-OS switches
Ability to upgrade and manage code versions on Cisco devices
Strong knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies, protocols, and best practices
Experience identifying network problems using diagnostic tools and software
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem resolution
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams
