Responsibilities

Customer engagement & discovery Partner with medical device companies in consultative discussions to deeply understand their processes, goals, and challenges. You'll be their trusted guide, helping them see how our solutions fit their unique needs
Pre-sales support Join discovery conversations with prospective customers, asking the right questions to uncover their pain points and demonstrating how we can help them succeed
Onboarding & adoption Guide new customers through implementation, celebrating wins with them as they adopt the platform and realize quick value. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that makes the experience smooth and confidence-building
Ongoing customer enablement Become the go-to problem-solver for functional questions, configurations, and best practices. You'll build genuine relationships while helping customers get maximum value from the platform
Collaboration with internal teams Bring customer insights and stories back to product, consulting, and leadership teams — you'll be the voice of the customer, influencing how we build and improve

Qualification

Required

2–5 years of experience in the MedTech environment (RA/QA, R&D, or project management) — this is essential
Basic understanding of coding concepts (HTML, JSON, or similar)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in R&D, MedTech, Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent experience
You genuinely enjoy people. Customer calls energize you rather than drain you. You're naturally curious about others' challenges and motivated to help them succeed
You're a relationship builder. People feel comfortable opening up to you. You ask great questions, listen actively, and build trust quickly
You find joy in problem-solving for others. There's nothing more satisfying than that moment when a customer says 'that's exactly what I needed!'
You communicate with clarity and warmth. You can translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into practical guidance that makes people feel confident, not overwhelmed
