Responsibilities
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meet with General Managers to discuss and establish strategies to fill vacancies
Builds applicant pool by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, social media, and internet job-board sites
Providing organization information, opportunities, and maintaining rapport with Leads Group
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing assessments, and comparing qualifications of job requirements
Comply with administrative duties and recordkeeping
Establish short and long term recruiting plans
Post openings in web-based advertisements, with professional organizations, and external portals
Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase awareness of the company
Perform other special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 Years of Recruiting Experience
Phone Skills, Interviewing Skills, People Skills
Driver's License with good driving record
Communicate effectively via written correspondence
Excellent Public Speaking
Experience in Web Job Postings
Public Relations experience
Preferred
4-year Degree
Outside Sales
