Responsibilities
Conducting focused, time-efficient reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
Examining student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable patterns
Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI-powered literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-supported instructional content that enables early elementary students to reach grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-packaged curricula
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Prepared to work on-site at one of our locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
