Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
SERVPRO of New Hanover is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to assist office teammates and customers. The role involves handling office tasks, providing professional assistance via phone and email, and supporting the office team with various administrative duties.

Answering phones
Receiving loss information & dispatching crews to jobs
Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
Customer POC
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED (preferred)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Experience in service industry environment a plus
