Experience in booking brokerage for 5+ years
Has a network of intra-US carriers - dry vans/flatbeds and reefers, preferably focused on FTL
Relationship driven-builds strong relationships with carriers, provides exceptional service, and coordinates customer shipments
Sourcing for new carriers
Well-versed in RFP/RFQ process, pricing new lanes and new loads, as well as booking loads
Able to communicate with customers effectively when needed/Personable demeanor
Thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task and work with a sense of urgency
