Responsibilities
Drive SKU optimization and ensure a best-in-class digital shopping experience
Partner with Merchants, SKU Operations, and Ecomm teams to enhance data integrity and product setup
Perform product, category, and competitive analyses to identify improvement opportunities
Recommend data-driven enhancements to boost margin, conversion, and customer engagement
Maintain and optimize web selling tools and backend data management
Manage cross-functional product inquiries with accuracy and speed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Microsoft Office; Access proficiency a plus
3+ years eCommerce product experience
Strong communication skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyze data, understand key indicators, and drive decisions
Preferred
Experience with database and systems knowledge, product/category knowledge
