Responsibilities

Draft clear, accurate, and compliant written responses to client complaints and senior investor inquiries

Investigate, research, and resolve operational client complaints in a formal written format

Ensure all written communications meet regulatory and firm compliance standards

Manage a high volume of cases while maintaining strong attention to detail

Support Client Relations operations, including settlement processing and privacy opt-out processing

Handle incoming client calls and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
