They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to help establish the Enterprise PMO and lead various enterprise-wide business projects, requiring strong accountability and the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
Engages with internal and external stakeholders
Prepares communication materials, business cases, funding requests, and presentations to gain acceptance for strategic plans from stakeholders
Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Builds and maintains key strategic relationships within various areas, including but not limited to operating companies and transversal functions to ensure alignment with overall strategic plans
Leads the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication strategies
Organizes project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules, and determines resource requirements
Integrates vendor tasks into project plans, tracks, and reviews vendor deliverables
Performs project risk management
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (one-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
8+ years of project management experience, including enterprise-level initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels and influence without authority
High emotional intelligence (EQ), adaptability, and the ability to work independently under pressure
Comfort with ambiguity and able to develop creative, practical solutions that are fit-for-purpose
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
Preferred
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Six-Sigma Green Belt or above, and/or Prosci Certified Change Practitioner preferred
Prior experience in working in a global and/or consulting environment a plus
Experience in insurance or regulated industries also a plus
