Responsibilities

Manage the development and delivery of creative assets across marketing, product, and event touchpoints, including digital, social, web, presentations, and experiential materials
Ensure all design output aligns with brand standards, design best practices, and accessibility guidelines
Produce key deliverables, including marketing collateral, presentations, digital and social graphics, web visuals, event branding, signage, and templates
Create and evolve visual identities for events and initiatives, supporting the development of product or program logos as needed
Oversee design workflows, intake, prioritization, and timelines across multiple projects and stakeholders
Translate creative direction and business objectives into clear, actionable briefs and partner cross-functionally across the business to deliver integrated creative solutions
Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and shared assets to support scalable brand application
Manage external designers and freelance partners, including resourcing, scoping, and budget tracking, to ensure work is delivered on brief and on brand
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and efficiency within the design function
Partner with event leads to support planning, timelines, and creative requirements across internal and external events
Manage creative deliverables for events across pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event materials

Required

7+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or manager role
Proven experience producing high quality design work across marketing, digital, and event channels
Experience working within an established brand system and applying brand guidelines across varied use cases
Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, events, communications, and digital teams
Strong conceptual and visual design skills, with the ability to translate strategy and messaging into compelling creative
Demonstrated experience designing marketing collateral, presentations, digital and social assets, web visuals, and event branding
Experience developing visual identities for events, programs, or initiatives; logo design experience is a plus
Strong typography, layout, color, and composition skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to design within a brand system while thoughtfully evolving and extending it when needed
Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design best practices
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong working knowledge of presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides
Experience designing for digital platforms, including understanding of web and social specifications
Familiarity with design systems, shared asset libraries, and collaborative workflows (e.g., Figma, Adobe Libraries, or similar)
Experience working with project management tools and creative intake systems is a plus
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
Clear communicator who can translate feedback and requirements into actionable design direction
Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
