Responsibilities
Submit materials for legal and compliance review (using FourLeaf tools and applications to keep track of critical documentation) becoming familiar with regulatory requirements by product
Assist in annual policy and procedural reviews and updates
Work with cross-functional teams in the process of completing action plans for reportable events
Support internal and external audit requests, as needed
Aid in standard annual marketing material reviews and monitoring of key controls
Work with the Third-Party Risk Management Team for Marketing vendors
Provides broad-based support to the Marketing Team
Special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-3 years experience in a compliance roll or a combination of compliance and marketing experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Field of Study: marketing, business, others may be considered
familiarity with financial services & marketing processes
knowledge of or experience working with regulated products
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Atlassian applications a plus
