Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching, and day‑to‑day support to legal administrative staff across multiple offices, ensuring alignment with the firm’s HR policies, professional standards, and service expectations
Oversee workforce coordination, including staffing needs, workflow distribution, onboarding support, training facilitation, and ensuring coverage for legal teams
Partner with HR and firm leadership to reinforce compliance with employment policies, performance expectations, and professional development initiatives
Manage facilities, vendor relationships, and office services to maintain a productive and compliant work environment that supports attorneys, paralegals, and administrative teams
Coordinate meetings, events, and firmwide initiatives, ensuring proper scheduling, materials, and logistical planning that foster employee engagement and collaboration
Act as the primary point of contact for operational and personnel‑related concerns, escalating sensitive HR issues appropriately and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture

Required

Extensive experience supporting or managing administrative or HR functions within a legal services environment, with an understanding of law firm structure, culture, and operational needs
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams across multiple locations, fostering collaboration, accountability, and strong service delivery
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate confidential personnel matters and interact effectively with attorneys and staff
Strong familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, performance support, employee relations, policy adherence) as well as office technology and standard productivity tools
Proven capability to manage competing priorities, maintain professionalism under pressure, and support the operational and personnel needs of a dynamic legal practice
