Regional Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, tracking, and development of aquatic projects across feasibility, design, construction, and supply phases
Monitor regional aquatic market trends, public funding initiatives, and bond election activity
Represent Myrtha Pools at conventions, trade shows, competitions, and industry events
Conduct site visits to existing and prospective aquatic facilities to identify opportunities and build relationships
Develop project approaches, budgets, and quotations, including Myrtha materials, installation estimates, and limited non-Myrtha scope with the help of Myrtha’s technical team. Prepare and distribute progress and final material quotes to clients, contractors, and owner representatives
Coordinate certified installer recommendations, purchasing terms, production lead times, samples, and logistics
Lead client presentations on Myrtha technology and AIA-accredited courses in coordination with technical teams
Conduct installation and post-installation site visits and reporting, coordinating with installers and Myrtha’s technical team
Plan and manage regional travel, client hosting, and participation in company visits and special events
Track and report key performance indicators for the Regional Sales Director
Coordinate and delegate activities with Sales Agents and Consultants
Report on weekly sales activity, lead status, and projected transition timelines
Support commission evaluation and assignment in coordination with sales leadership
Collaborate with Design and Technical teams on conceptual development and early-stage budgeting

Required

Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region
Ability to travel internationally on a biannual basis
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in sales or project development within aquatics, construction, engineering, or capital projects
Experience working with public agencies, municipalities, or institutional clients
