Responsibilities
Work collaboratively across various teams to identify and translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation
Design, document (AS-IS and TO-BE processes), and develop Process Design Documents (PDDs) for RPA and/or APA solutions
Lead optimization and standardization efforts to improve efficiency and meet the business's evolving needs
Support testing and implementation phases, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business requirements
Stay updated with industry trends in automation and data tools, contributing to knowledge sharing and innovation within the team
Qualification
Required
RPA-Advanced
Python-Advanced
SQL-Experienced
Alteryx-Proficient
Dashboard Development-Advanced
Strong knowledge in programming languages such as Python and SQL
Proven experience in process documentation and optimization
Advanced expertise in Excel and familiarity with data analytics tools like Alteryx
Preferred
Experience in HR processes and familiarity with systems like Workday and ADP preferred
