Support loan officers in managing and completing loan files
Communicate with clients
Coordinate with the marketing team
Gather and review financial documentation
Assist with loan applications
Help capture new business with outreach to potential new and previous clients
Play a key role in growing the branch's business
Ensure a smooth and efficient loan process
Provide excellent client service
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending processes
Some experience with Underwriting and understanding of financial documentation
Strong marketing skills especially with using Ai
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with google software systems is a plus
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
Preferred
Prior experience in the mortgage or finance industry is preferred but not mandatory
