Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an ABA approved school
2+ years of litigation experience for some positions
Active license and good standing with the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia Bar
Demonstrated ability to value client service and team work by managing relationships, both internal and external
Demonstrated knowledge of state legal system and law
Demonstrated strong professional ethics, loyalty, reliability and accountability
Demonstrated focus on competency skills such as details, organization and communication
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Preferred
Workers' compensation and personal injury experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
