Responsibilities
Manage the reporting, compliance, of monitoring finance partnerships with various US financial institutions
Track fund asset performance, both in financial terms, i.e. collections, delinquencies, and terminations as well as operational, i.e. system production and customer outcomes relative to performance guarantees
Taking the perspective of “asset owner” and “portfolio manager”, partner with Capital Markets, FP&A and Asset Management to effectively report and regularly communicate with financial partners on asset and fund financial and operational performance
Manage and update tax equity tracking models for purposes of after tax yield performance and flip timing
Managing relationships with tax equity and project debt investors that fosters a desire for a programmatic approach and repeat year over year investments
Support asset based diligence for Capital Markets in efforts with new and existing financial partners for tax equity and back leverage and/or corporate fundings and with rating agencies to support future term debt transactions
Qualification
Required
