Jr .NET Developer
Improvix Technologies is seeking a motivated .NET Developer to support a fast-paced federal program delivering high-visibility mission outcomes. This role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining .NET-based applications while collaborating with senior developers and technical leads.

Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET-based applications supporting a federal mission
Support and maintain legacy SharePoint-backed systems as part of ongoing modernization efforts
Perform operational support (O&M), bug fixes, and minor enhancements
Assist with deploying code changes and supporting frequent releases
Collaborate closely with technical leads and team members to meet delivery timelines
Troubleshoot, debug, and test applications to ensure stability and performance
Work onsite with the team to support rapid collaboration and delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–6 years of experience in .NET development
Strong working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, and web application fundamentals
Familiarity with SharePoint 2013 or newer in a supporting or legacy capacity
Experience with MS SQL, Entity Framework, and REST APIs
Experience using Git or TFS for source control
Basic understanding of Active Directory and application security concepts
Ability to work onsite in a federal environment (occasional Saturday hours may be required for deployment activities)
Preferred
Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React or Angular (preferred, not required)
