Responsibilities
Conducting focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy achievement markers
Examining student performance data to improve instruction and identify practical next steps
Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy platforms using classroom evidence
Building scalable, AI-supported materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with K–2 students
Competent in assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula
Comfortable with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student interactions within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Prepared to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
