Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, translating functional needs into technical requirements
Analyze and support financial systems and enterprise applications
Perform SQL-based data analysis to support reporting, troubleshooting, and decision-making
Partner with engineering, data, and finance teams on system integrations and enhancements
Quickly ramp up on complex systems, workflows, and data models
Drive requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design
Provide proactive project support , identifying risks and recommending solutions
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
Strong background with 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Systems Analyst
Experience supporting financial systems or financial applications
Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
Highly technical mindset with strong business acumen
Proven ability to work independently in fast-moving environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience working with complex system integrations
Exposure to enterprise-scale financial platforms
Prior work in large, matrixed organizations
