Business Development Representative
Fleet Owl is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on transportation management systems. They are seeking a driven Junior Sales Representative to engage potential customers through various outreach methods and book qualified demo appointments for the leadership team.
Responsibilities
Make outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages to prospective customers
Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts
Qualify leads based on company needs and fit
Schedule demo appointments with Fleet Owl’s leadership team
Consistently follow up with prospects to drive engagement
Track all activities and lead information accurately in the CRM
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and booking targets
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn sales processes, CRM tools, and TMS software
Interest in sales, technology, or logistics
Preferred
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Exposure to logistics, transportation, or fleet management
