Responsibilities
Serving as a mentor to K-2 students, establishing trust and fostering a mindset without limits
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, teamwork) that equip students for long-term success
Building a culture centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
Support students in discovering their individual strengths and passions
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational, afterschool, coaching, or comparable settings
Excellent public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to engage and energize young audiences
A passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Ability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
