Responsibilities
Performs the sales function throughout the assigned region of the Bank
Acts upon referrals and makes initial client contact to review processing solutions, develop pricing proposals and follow-up with clients to close sales and manage implementation processes
Develops solid working relationships with treasury management sales staff, commercial lenders, relationship managers and business development officers to ensure solid relationships are established for effective cross-sale and trust in speaking with client about their card acceptance needs
Determines appropriate product and pricing fit for clients, balancing competitive sales metrics with bank profitability on the deal
Required to record sales activities and provide sales performance updates to Manager
Manages a portfolio of high-volume merchants
Required to meet annually with top clients as assigned by Manager
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Merchant Industry preferred
Statement Analysis Proficiency
Detail-oriented
Impeccable Time Management Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to use general office equipment
Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
