Responsibilities
Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours using welcoming, precise, and Alpha-consistent messaging
Designing and delivering admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day programming
Keeping applicant information current, accurate, and complete across admissions platforms and CRM systems
Conducting family meetings to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to concerns, and capture insights
Collaborating with campus and admissions staff to ensure continuous progress for every family
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Experience supporting admissions events or parent-facing programs
Comfort operating in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
