Responsibilities

Source healthcare professionals for per diem and contract assignments using job boards, ATS platforms, social media, referrals, and other sourcing tools
Conduct extensive internet-based research, data mining, cold calling, and pipeline development
Proactively network and leverage social media to attract and engage qualified candidates
Perform initial screenings, interviews, reference checks, and candidate evaluations
Present qualified candidates and make hiring recommendations
Serve as a point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring staffing needs are met in a timely and professional manner
Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing guidance and support
Work closely with Vendor Managers and MSP portals to manage requisitions, submissions, and placements
Ensure client expectations are met while balancing candidate availability and compliance
Partner closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) Department in the joint collection approach to follow-up of missing, updated, or soon-to-expire credentials
Proactively monitor credential status to ensure 100% file compliance prior to placement and throughout assignment duration

Required

2+ years of recruitment experience (inside sales or telesales experience a plus)
2+ years of healthcare recruitment experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and client/MSP portals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to adapt quickly and respond positively to change
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
Strong collaborator with a team-first mentality
MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
High school or equivalent (Required)
Recruiting: 2 years (Required)
Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
nurse recruitment: 2 years (Required)

Preferred

Prior experience functioning as an Account Manager or managing client relationships preferred
