Responsibilities
Architect and execute advanced learning sessions – Develop workshops across disciplines (mathematics, sciences, philosophy, creative writing) and deliver 1-on-1 coaching to 15-20 high-ability students advancing at 5-10x typical velocity
Identify and address learning barriers – Modify strategies dynamically to support students who have exceeded the limits of conventional education and need to sharpen their intellectual capabilities
Apply AI tools for customization
Iterate and enhance – Work alongside colleagues to improve workshop frameworks and measure effectiveness using both qualitative insights and quantitative data
Qualification
Required
Premium educational background – Bachelor's degree earned from an Ivy League institution or comparable university
Demonstrated academic achievement – National Merit Finalist status, Olympiad medal, accelerated college completion, or equivalent distinction
Exceptional academic credential – Competitive scholarship recipient (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), membership in Mensa/Triple Nine Society, doctoral degree, or university teaching background
3 years of mentorship background – Experience in coaching, mentoring, or instructing students across any setting
Regular AI engagement – Self-confirmed daily interaction with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
Geographic availability – Ready to relocate to or work onsite in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Employment eligibility – Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
