Responsibilities

Deep expertise with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Windows OS management

Strong, hands-on PowerShell scripting experience (writing, testing, debugging in production)

Experience automating deployments, configurations, and compliance via scripting

Hands-on experience with PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT)

Strong understanding of endpoint security, patching, and vulnerability management

Experience implementing certificate-based authentication (SCEP, NDES)

Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex endpoint and MDM issues

Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
