Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with world-class precision
Building Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
