Responsibilities
Work on a team of 6-8 under the guidance of Client Informatics and Project Management leadership
Provide industry and product expertise to train leaders and staff for a successful go-live
Provide elbow support and training to healthcare employees as needed
Create training materials and conduct training classes as needed
Qualification
Required
Workday Certified or equivalent experience training professionals in Workday Timetracking and/or Shiftwizard
Experience creating custom training materials for go-live support
Experience with support tracking and resolution via virtual and in person interactions
Experience in the Healthcare industry
Preferred
Experience in Dormakaba
