Responsibilities

Lead by example by actively sourcing, qualifying, and closing NetSuite-related opportunities during the initial phase of the role
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
Establish sales best practices, methodologies, and performance benchmarks
Manage and coach the existing team of four sales professionals, with responsibility for ongoing hiring as the organization scales
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales talent as the team grows
Implement performance management, forecasting, and pipeline review processes
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Design and execute the company’s sales strategy aligned with growth objectives
Build scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting frameworks
Develop territory planning, account segmentation, and pipeline management strategies
Partner with leadership to define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market approach
Drive growth of the prospect and client database through outbound, inbound, partner, and referral channels
Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral, presentations, proposals, and enablement materials
Represent the firm in client meetings, demos, and industry events as needed
Work closely with delivery, NetSuite consultants, and executives to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction
Provide market feedback to leadership regarding competitive landscape, customer needs, and product opportunities

Required

7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership or player-coach role
Strong background selling professional services, ERP, SaaS, or NetSuite solutions preferred
Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams in a growth-oriented environment
Proven ability to close complex, consultative deals with mid-market and enterprise clients
Experience developing sales strategy, processes, and enablement from the ground up
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strategic sales leadership with hands-on execution capability
Strong coaching, mentoring, and hiring skills
Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and pipeline management ability
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
High degree of ownership, initiative, and accountability
