Responsibilities
Produce 2D drawings and 3D models under supervision for all design phases
Produce design materials for client presentations
Understand the process of researching relevant project precedence and information
Research products and materials as directed for consideration on projects
Visit site, survey and record existing drawings. Integrate existing field conditions into new or revised drawings under supervision
Qualification
Required
NAAB accredited Architecture Degree, or higher
0 - 3 years postgraduate experience in an architectural setting
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape VRay), Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to effectively collaborate with the design team in internal meetings and conversations
Ability to demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to demonstrate time management and organizational skills
Ability to efficiently prepare digital renderings and construction documents
High degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
