Client Experience Representative
MediConnect is a top-rated healthcare advisory firm in Pennsylvania, recognized for its rapid growth and exceptional service. They are seeking Client Experience Representatives to provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding health insurance and Medicare benefits.

Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support to existing MediConnect clients
Conduct client follow-ups and scheduled benefit reviews
Assist with incoming calls for client experience and main office lines
Maintain accurate and organized client records in our CRM system
Educate clients on available benefits, resources, and plan options
Identify potential referral opportunities and route them to the sales team when appropriate
Assist during high-volume periods such as the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
Assist in on-going client initiatives
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education
Handle confidential client information in compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Positive and professional phone presence
Patience – the ability to work with our client base, take time, and listen to their needs
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and software platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to make a meaningful impact
Obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania Health & Accident Insurance License, as well as additional states
Complete required annual carrier certifications
Preferred
Customer service or client support
Healthcare, insurance, or administrative roles
Call center or office-based experience
PA Health & Accident Insurance License
