The role involves installing building components, reading and interpreting prints, and collaborating with team members while adapting to challenges.

Responsibilities

Install all building components including HVAC units, windows, and doors
Read and interpret prints and bills of materials to ensure detailed execution
Complete all vital paperwork and ensure all parts are shipped with the building
Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and man lifts safely
Load and unload building materials with precision
Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed
Adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with ease

Required

A proven background in construction or related field
Experience with assembly and installation tasks
Proficiency in reading blueprints and handling construction tools
The ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of the job, including working in various weather conditions, lifting, pulling and moving heavy material, standing for long periods of time
