Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in the insurance industry or workplace benefits is a plus but not required
