Responsibilities
Develop and implement program strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals
Plan and coordinate multiple related projects to achieve program objectives
Manage program budgets, funding, and resource allocation effectively
Monitor program progress and resolve issues or risks that impact the program
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and project managers
Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders, including executives and external partners
Prioritize projects within the program to optimize outcomes and resource usage
Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones to guide execution
Manage program risks, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate program success metrics
Facilitate change management and approve change requests while managing impacts
Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field
12+ years of experience in program management within the corporate functions like HR, Finance, ERP, Software Implementations
Strong product management skills, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, dependency management and scope management
Ability to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders at all levels
Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as ADO or Trello for project management and collaboration
Ability to conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and mentoring product teams
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data
Skilled in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and creating actionable product roadmaps, backlogs, and launch plans
Adept at defining, managing, and tracking product KPIs to drive accountability and ensure measurable success across initiatives
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities and balance technical feasibility with business impact
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and build consensus across cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
