Responsibilities
Work as part of a dispatch team
Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians to appropriate service appointments
Serve as department liaison with clients both internal and external; handling calls, answering inquiries, and conducting follow-up as necessary
Process and billing service work order invoices
Coordinate material, parts, and tool purchases for service technicians
Assist with account receivables and collections
Beyond the essentials this role extends to various administrative tasks and special projects
Qualification
Required
Written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with vendors, customers, and many levels of the organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities
Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Two (2) years of Clerical/Administrative and Dispatch experience is preferred
