Responsibilities
Represent the organization as a community ambassador by attending events, building trust, and fostering connections with diverse audiences
Identify underserved populations and develop targeted initiatives to improve access and engagement with services
Act as the face of the organization in the community, promoting its mission, values, and services to stakeholders and the public
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address gaps in services and create programs that meet the needs of marginalized populations
Monitor and assess the impact of outreach efforts and initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree is required
Valid driver's license and active liability insurance
Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks
Prefer one (1) year of Community Engagement experience
Preferred
Master's degree in business or related field preferred
