Responsibilities

Develop and execute U.S. health economics and reimbursement strategies aligned with commercial objectives
Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for hospital coding, reimbursement, and payment pathways
Support sales teams in securing hospital approvals by engaging directly with revenue cycle, coding, and finance teams
Prepare and deliver economic and reimbursement messaging for VAC committees and hospital leadership
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Legal to ensure aligned and compliant execution
Develop health economic tools, models, and customer-facing materials to support value-based selling
Educate and train field sales teams on reimbursement processes, coding considerations, and economic value messaging
Monitor and assess changes in U.S. reimbursement policy, including Medicare, NTAP, and commercial payer dynamics
Support strategic accounts and complex commercial initiatives requiring reimbursement expertise
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Economics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
5–10 years of experience in health economics, reimbursement, market access, or medical devices
Strong working knowledge of U.S. healthcare reimbursement systems, including Medicare and commercial payers
Demonstrated experience working at the hospital level with coding, reimbursement, and value analysis teams
Proven ability to translate clinical and economic value into clear, credible messaging for non-financial stakeholders
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working in a matrixed environment
Willingness to travel approximately 50%
Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing organization

Preferred

Background in spine, orthopedics, or implantable medical devices strongly preferred
