Required

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
At least two years of experience in general office work with an emphasis in records management, student registration, or a related area
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job
Ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others

Preferred

At least one to three years of customer service experience
Work experience in an academic setting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proof of Veteran Status
