Responsibilities

Use audience insights to guide omni-channel media strategies across TV, CTV, and digital
Track and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and improve ROI
Build reports and dashboards that transform data into actionable insights
Monitor budgets, pacing, and media schedules to ensure campaigns remain on target
Collaborate with media buyers, creative, and finance teams to optimize results
Test new channels, formats, and creative approaches to enhance performance
Reconcile media buys and ensure billing aligns with budgets and deliverables
Coordinate with media partners and internal teams to meet goals and timelines
Leverage experience in CTV and digital media campaign management to drive integrated media performance
Apply understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) to inform data-driven optimization and strategic planning

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in media, analytics, or marketing support roles
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; confident working with data, numbers, and performance metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, Power Query, and macros/VBA)
Comfortable using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms
Experience in media analytics and reporting; cross-platform campaign experience is a plus
Familiarity with CTV, digital media buying, or omni-channel strategy preferred
Understanding of AI tools for media optimization, including Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) or Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), is a plus
