Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in IT or technical roles
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS tools (SuccessFactors preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of hiring compliance (EEOC, pay transparency, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred
SHRM, AIRS, or PHR certifications are a plus
