Strategic leadership across Finance, Administration, M&A, Risk, Governance, and Compliance
Modernizing financial processes, analytics, forecasting, and technologies across regions
Providing bold yet balanced financial stewardship—smart risk‑taking aligned with ESOP conservatism
Serving as fiduciary and strategic advisor to the CEO and Board (participation in 3 board meetings per year)
Guiding teams across a $100M revenue, 500‑employee global organization
Qualification
Required
AEC industry experience is a must (Architecture, Engineering & Construction)
Experience scaling a company around $100M+
Strong command of contract law, workers' compensation, and fiduciary responsibilities
A confident, collaborative executive who can push back, say “no,” and guide the organization with clarity
Technology‑forward mindset and passion for building modern finance capabilities
A leader who blends financial conservatism with speed, agility, and smart risk-taking
