WM is seeking a Data Specialist II who will be responsible for gathering and inputting daily data with minimal supervision. The role involves ensuring operational data is accurately entered and ready for review, as well as communicating with drivers and managing customer tickets.

Responsibilities

Communicate daily with driver(s) on designated communication platforms regarding missing time clock entries
Validate all driver and helper information (including check-in/check-out), OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS information
Validation of Next Day Optimization (NDO) data
Manage cases and confirm/close-out customer tickets daily
Assist with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs
Landfill reconciliation, Area disposal reporting, update accounts in MAS with the appropriate information as needed
Shared responsibility with Business Manager to maintain data and site records
Mentor Data Specialist I's as needed
