Responsibilities
Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours, delivering clear, welcoming, and Alpha-consistent communication
Organizing admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences, managing all logistics and subsequent follow-up
Maintaining applicant data with full accuracy across CRM platforms and admissions systems
Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and capture key insights
Collaborating with campus and admissions colleagues to ensure pipeline continuity and momentum
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workflows
Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX, or willingness to relocate
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
