Responsibilities
Build dynamic motion graphics, animations, and video content that bring brand stories alive through social platforms, websites, and internal communications
Transform strategic briefs into crafted visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Develop, maintain, and evolve comprehensive design systems, including motion components and brand asset libraries, to ensure brand consistency and global scalability
Skillfully iterate on designs based on collaborative feedback, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Stay current on design trends, animation techniques, and platform specifications to continuously elevate our visual output
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a graphic designer with motion graphics and animation capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Express, and Premiere Pro, plus Figma and G-Suite tools
Experience with 3D modeling and animation software with the ability to integrate dimensional elements into campaigns
Portfolio showcasing technical excellence in both static design and motion graphics across digital and print mediums (please include a link)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and brand consistency
A track record of successfully leading major cross-functional design initiatives by collaborating effectively with stakeholders, interpreting creative direction, and applying feedback efficiently
Natural problem-solving abilities with skill to take feedback and iterate quickly on creative concepts
Expertise in translating complex technical concepts like data science visualizations into intuitive and impactful designs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate timelines clearly to collaborators
Passion for visual creativity and supporting innovative brand initiatives
Conceptualize and complete engaging data visualizations that distill complex financial and scientific concepts for a variety of audiences, from expert to layperson
Preferred
Experience with the investment management or technology industries
Video editing skills are a plus
