Responsibilities

Deliver Level 2 end-user support for hardware, software, and application issues requiring on-site or local resolution
Support IT projects, platform services, and corporate infrastructure initiatives
Install, configure, and maintain endpoint hardware and software per corporate standards
Manage PC refresh programs, emergency device replacements, and local backup operations
Resolve endpoint-related technical challenges while maintaining strict confidentiality
Participate in after-hours and on-call support rotations as required

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in Windows desktop deployment and support
3+ years with software distribution and MDM tools
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred

ITIL v3 certification preferred
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow preferred)
