Responsibilities
Lead the company’s NQA-1 Quality Assurance program and ensure alignment with industry expectations
Serve as the senior authority on quality decisions, standards, and governance
Represent the organization with customers during audits, reviews, and readiness activities
Oversee quality integration across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and project operations
Guide supplier qualification, commercial grade dedication, source inspections, and supplier performance oversight
Manage and develop quality teams across multiple facilities
Ensure documentation, records, and quality controls meet regulatory and customer requirements
Identify systemic issues and implement sustainable improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
5+ years of federal contracting experience is required
Extensive leadership experience in NQA-1 environments
Strong background in fabrication quality, supplier quality, and engineering quality controls
Executive presence and ability to engage confidently with customers
Proven success leading multisite QA and QC teams
Ability to interpret, communicate, and implement quality requirements across diverse functions
