Responsibilities
Evaluate, design, and implement information systems that align with organizational goals, ensuring systems are efficient and meet user requirements
Analyze and manage data flow within the systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security while providing support for data-related inquiries
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution for technical problems to minimize downtime
Assist in the implementation of new software or updates, including testing, training, and user support to ensure smooth integration and optimal usage
Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance for system users
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user guides, procedures, and technical manuals
Identify opportunities for improving current systems and processes, recommend and implement enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency
Ensure systems comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and security protocols to protect sensitive information
Work with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the proper implementation and maintenance of IT systems
Manage system-related projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables, while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in information systems analysis, systems administration, or a similar role
Proficiency in systems analysis methodologies, database management, and information security principles
Proficiency in SQL server administration
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., SQL, C#) and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, or financial systems)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Project management skills and experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
Knowledge of IT standards, policies, and best practices
Preferred
Experience with Epicor or similar ERP system
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Workato embedded iPaaS, Znode e-commerce, Webflow, ECM document management systems, Bartender labeling software, Powershell
