Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications
Build and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools
Analyze requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Perform regression, functional, integration, and smoke testing
Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage and quality
Continuously improve automation processes and best practices

Required

Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred

Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Experience in mobile test automation (Appium)
