Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the VP, shaping the vision, priorities, and long-term roadmap across AI, AEM, and Commerce
Translate business objectives into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate and product goals
Prepare executive briefings, strategy presentations, and business reviews for senior leadership
Partner with senior leaders across functions to ensure decisions are data-informed, coordinated, and aligned
Manage strategic initiatives, executive communications, and leadership rhythms
Lead and facilitate key forums including product reviews, quarterly business reviews, and leadership offsites
Serve as a proxy for the VP in meetings and drive accountability for commitments and follow-ups
Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to manage organizational planning, budget cycles, and talent strategies
Lead digital innovation initiatives to enhance product strategy and customer experience across AI, AEM, and Commerce
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, particularly in AI/ML, to advance product capabilities
Champion ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Drive operational rigor through KPIs, OKRs, and data-driven performance management
Optimize workflows and resource allocation through process improvement and agile methodologies
Oversee operational and budgetary processes in partnership with Finance
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Identify and address organizational friction points to enhance cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
12+ years of progressive experience in product strategy, business operations, or strategic program leadership within global technology or platform organizations
Demonstrated success partnering directly with executive leadership (VP/SVP/C-suite) to drive strategic alignment, decision-making, and execution
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, design, marketing, and GTM functions
Experience managing leaders and high-performing teams, fostering talent development in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, digital platforms, and commerce ecosystems with strong business and product acumen
Track record of driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, OKRs, and process improvement
Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influence—able to simplify complexity and align diverse stakeholders
Advanced expertise in strategic planning, program management, and change leadership
High integrity and commitment to ethical and responsible innovation
